About The 19th
The 19th started the way most problems get solved — somebody finally got fed up enough to do something about it.
The scene: four guys, three side-bet games running at once, one guy doing carry-over math on the back of a scorecard while trying to hit a 6-iron. Somebody forgot to write down the Animals penalty on 7. The Skins pot? Three different numbers depending on who you asked. And after the round, twenty minutes of “I thought we were playing carry-overs” before anyone could settle up.
Sound familiar? That round was the last straw.
